Today, Sister Xiang shared the eight-course spring soup, which soothes the liver and regulates qi, invigorates the spleen and nourishes the stomach. Drinking it often is good for your health. 1. Sishen Soup
Prepare ingredients: pork ribs, yam, gorgon, poria cocos, lotus seeds, red dates.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork ribs and chop them into pieces, blanch them in a pot under cold water, skim off the foam after boiling, then pick up the pork ribs and drain the water for later use.
2. Peel the yam, wash it, and cut it into small pieces. Wash the Gorgon fruit, Poria cocos, lotus seeds and red dates and set aside.
3. Put the pork ribs, Gorgon fruit, Poria cocos, lotus seeds and pitted red dates into the stew pot, add sliced ginger and water, cover and simmer for an hour and a half.
4. Then add the yam and continue to stew for half an hour. After cooking, add salt to taste, stir well and enjoy the taste, then take it out of the pot and eat.
2. Apple yam ribs soup
Prepare ingredients: pork ribs, apples, yams, carrots, red dates, ginger slices.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork ribs and chop them into pieces, blanch them in a pot under cold water, add sliced ginger, scallion knots and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, boil them and skim off the foam, then pick them up and drain the water for later use.
2. Wash the surface of the apple with salt, then cut it into pieces and remove the core. Peel the yam, wash it, and cut it into sections.
3. Put the pork ribs and ginger slices into the pot and simmer for an hour. Then add yams, carrots, apples and red dates, and continue to simmer for half an hour.
4. After the stew is finished, add salt to taste, stir evenly and enjoy the taste, then take it out of the pot and eat.
3. Stewed Chicken Soup with Chinese Yam and Chestnut
Prepare ingredients: chicken, chestnut, yam, red dates, lotus seeds.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the chicken and chop it into pieces, blanch it in a pot under cold water, add sliced ginger, scallion knots and cooking wine, boil it and skim off the foam, then remove it and drain it for later use.
2. Wash the chestnuts after shelling, peel off the outer skin of the yams with a paring knife, then clean them and cut them into sections. Wash the red dates and lotus seeds for later use.
3. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan, then add the blanched chicken and ginger slices and stir fry evenly. After sautéing until fragrant, add enough water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour.
4. Then add yam, chestnut, lotus seeds and red dates, and continue to simmer for half an hour. Finally, add salt to taste and serve.
4. Five-finger Peach Bone Soup
Prepare ingredients: pork bones, five-finger peaches, yams, carrots, barley, tangerine peel, candied dates, ginger slices.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork bones, blanch them in a pot under cold water, add sliced ginger and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, skim off the foam after boiling, then pick up the pork bones and drain the water.
2. Use a paring knife to peel off the outer skin of the yam and carrot, clean it, cut the yam into small pieces, and cut the carrot into thicker slices. Soak the five-finger hair peach for ten minutes, then wash it. Wash the barley and stir-fry it, it is not so cold.
3. Put the pork bones, five-finger peaches, barley, ginger slices, tangerine peel, and candied dates into the soup pot, add enough water, cover and simmer for an hour.
4. Then add carrots and yams and continue to simmer for half an hour. After the stew is finished, add salt to taste, stir well and enjoy the taste, then take it out of the pot and eat.
5. Winter melon meatball soup
Prepare ingredients: minced meat, wax gourd, chopped green onion.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork and cut into slices, put it into a meat grinder and grind it into minced meat, add soy sauce, starch and cooking oil, stir in the same direction, stir evenly and vigorously.
2. Peel the wax gourd, wash it, and cut it into thicker slices.
3. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, put in wax gourd and stir fry for a while. After frying until the color changes slightly, add enough water and cook for three minutes.
4. After the wax gourd is boiled until soft, add the meatballs and continue to cook for three minutes. After cooking, add salt to taste, stir well and cook to taste, then take out of the pot and eat.
6. Goji Berry Leaf Pork Liver Soup
Prepare ingredients: pork liver, lean meat, wolfberry leaves, wolfberries, ginger slices.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork liver and cut it into slices, add cornstarch and salt to wash it, then wash it with clean water until the water becomes clear, then drain and set aside.
2. Dry the pork liver with kitchen paper, then add cooking wine, salt, sugar, cornstarch, shredded ginger, and peanut oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes. Wash the lean meat and cut into slices, add the same seasoning and marinate for ten minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant. Then add enough hot water. After boiling, add pork liver and lean meat in turn. Cook until the color changes, then add wolfberry leaves and wolfberries.
4. Cook for another minute, add salt to taste after cooking, stir evenly and enjoy the taste, then take out of the pot and eat.
7. Mushroom Meatloaf Soup
Prepare ingredients: pork, mushrooms, baby vegetables, shredded ginger, chopped green onion.
Practice steps:
1. Clean the pork and cut it into pieces, put it into a meat grinder and grind it into minced meat, then add salt, starch, soy sauce, cooking oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.
2. Wash the baby vegetables and cut them into small pieces, spread them on the bottom of the bowl, then make the marinated minced meat into patties and put them on the baby vegetables, cut the mushrooms into slices and put them on the meat patties.
3. Add an appropriate amount of water, put it on the steamer, boil the water and steam for 20-30 minutes. After it is steamed, take it out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve immediately.
Eight, shredded radish fried egg soup
Prepare ingredients: white radish, eggs, shredded ginger, chopped green onion.
Practice steps:
1. Peel off the outer skin of the white radish with a paring knife, then cut it into shreds, open the water in the pot and blanch it for half a minute to remove the spicy taste, then remove it and set aside.
